New Batman Series In 2013

I'll admit i was never a fan of The Batman or even the newer Batman Brave & The Bold, I often found myself wishing that Bruce Timm and company would do an updated Batman show to coincide with the Christopher Nolan Batman film series. Unfortunately Beware The Batman dose not look like an answer to prays.

Besides the ugly animation and the inclusion of new villains like Mr.Toad & Dr.Pyg from what I can tell for this one image it appears Batman will be aided in his fight against crime by lesser known hero Katana & what appears to be a gun touting Alfred of all things.

To be fair Alfred is probably the only person Batman approves of using guns, but only in a defense means and never side by side with Batman himself. Only time will tell what this new series will bring but all I can say is thank god Young Justice is still on TV and good as ever.

HO!-ly Crap Thundercats

So after much time and rumoring it seems cartoon network is finally ready to dust of the old Thundercats property. If your anything like me you came across this 80's classic during your time watching reruns of the show during cartoon networks Toonami block. Personally I feel the show is nothing but raw potential and has been long over due for a reboot especially in this post Transformers movie we live in now. The new show seems to take place of the Thundercats home Thundera(Cleaver) and follow the adventures of a young group of characters. The new anime art style will probably earn the wrath of a lot of old school fans( Fun fact the shows original animation company became Studio Ghibli) but such is to be expected. My only question is wheater or not the new show will have a rocking theme song like the original. Expect to be saying Snarf sometime in 2011.
